- *To ensure accurate construction on project site and supervise contractors.
- * To manage and drive project construction for delivery on schedule.
Requirements:
- *Degree in Civil Engineering
- *Minimum of 5 years experience in building construction, design, supervision and project management.
- *Should be skillful enough to build a house or block of flats from scratch to completion.
- *Should be resident in Lekki and its environs
Job Title: Marketing and Operations Officers
Description:
- * To market properties for sale/ rental.
- * To oversee and report on project site activities including construction, procurement, estate facility management, property sales and rentals.
Requirements:
- * Degree in Engineering, Social Sciences or Business.
- * Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate marketing and administration.
- * Sound understanding of the Island area property market.
- * Resident in Lekki and its environs.
