TITLE: SENIOR SALES MANAGER

DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for the development of sales & marketing related activities of Rigid products in the Lagos.
  • Ensure implementation of all pre-agreed KPI’s – Net Revenue
  • Execute Order Taking Activity – Existing Accounts and Order Getting Activities with New Clienteles
  • Ensure achievement of all salable stocks in the warehouse and achievement of requisite monthly throughput, market share and cash target.
  • Monitor and control Key Account(s) debt (if any) and ensure KA stays within approved credit limit
  • Make decisions based on their market and community, and develop plans to increase their customer base.
  • Initiate, monitor and supervise stock deliveries to the Kano Depot and ensure its redistribution to Key
  • Accounts & Cash Customers (where & when necessary).
  • Spot check and report competitors activities on weekly/monthly basis to aid management decision making.
  • Carry out Wide-Go-To-The Markets activities on daily basis and ensure all clusters, territories are effectively covered by identifying, developing  as well as recommending prospective corporate accounts & Cash Customers for business/trade relationship.
  • Write and submit daily/weekly JP/Itinerary Plan, Sales & Marketing Intelligence report on weekly basis to the management
  • Carry out all other official tasks as assigned by the management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in a related field
5+ years experience in sales

TITLE: SALES COORDINATOR

DESCRIPTION

TITLE: ACCOUNT OFFICER (FEMALE)
LOCATION:
 Ogba, Lagos

DESCRIPTION
Our client are in need of a Young Female Account Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update internal databases (CRM) with account details
  • Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed
  • Research market trends and competition
  • Create reports on sales and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
  • Address payment issues

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Sc/HND Accounting (at least with 2nd class lower or lower credit)
  • 2-3 years post NYSC work experience (with at least 1 year relevant experience in a retail outlet
  • Work experience as an Account Officer or similar role
  • Experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

TITLE: HVAC DESIGN ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with a project team and assist in the design of CAC systems.
  • Load calculations, sizing and selecting equipment, ductwork and piping design and editing of specifications.
  • Prepare design documents using ACAD/Revit in accordance with Dewberry standards.
  • Field verification of existing systems, available space, clearances, etc.
  • Assist Project Engineer on reports, calculations, computer simulations, and design/lay-out of CAC systems.
  • Arrange for in-house quality review in a timely manner primarily to ensure that all of the clients’ needs and requests have been accommodated. Ensure and coordinate among all of the disciplines involved, including outside consultants.
  • Conduct construction site inspections, obtain as-built drawings and close-out materials from contractors

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years directly applicable HVAC design experience required.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including experience in dealing with other employees and external clients.
  • Ability to interpret engineering specifications and investigate problems.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership to teams of professional and non-professional staff.
  • Experience coordinating work schedules and preparing progress reports.
  • Experience recommending changes in cost estimates and scopes of work when necessary.
  • Ability to work under own direction and interface directly with the client.
  • Pursuit of registrations, accreditation, and continuing education related to Dewberry areas of practice and candidates’ level of expertise will be encouraged.
