ELECTRICIAN
THE JOB
Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in the Plant.
Carry out planned maintenance on the Process, Silo and Packing machines.
Ensure electrical systems are running efficiently in a safe mode.
Maintain proper record and comprehensive report of breakdown, spare part used, disconnected motors and time taken for job completion.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
5 O’ level credits in not more than 2 sittings.
Technical Certificate/ND in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
THE PERSON:
Good troubleshooting skills
FITTER
THE JOB
Carry out analysisof automation systems and troubleshoot.
Repair faults or damages on the Process, Silo and Packing machines.
Carry out preventive maintenance and other maintenance activities on machines.
Set up and adjust metalworking machines and equipment
Operate machines to produce parts or tools by turning, boring, milling, planning, shaping, slotting, grinding or drilling metal stock or components
Dismantle faulty tools and assemblies and repair or replace defective parts.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
5 O’ level credits in not more than 2 sittings.
Technical Certificate/ND in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
The Person:
Good troubleshooting skills
MECHANIC
THE JOB
Carry out maintenance and repairs of installed generators to avoid breakdown
Carry out maintenance/repairs of auxiliary equipment for the running of the generators
Inspect power plant equipment and indicators to detect evidences of operating problems
To carry out efficient breakdown troubleshooting/fault finding of machines and equipment
To carry out the documentation of maintenance parameters for plant improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
O-Levels credits including mathematics & English Language at not more than two sittings
OND Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
5 years’ cognate experience in 415v/11kv Generator maintenance
THE PERSON MUST:
Be energetic.
Be able to troubleshoot mechanical faults on Generators
Have ability to use mechanical tools and instruments
Have analytical and organising skills
Be safety conscious and pay attention to details
Have good verbal and written communication skills
