DATA CAPTURE CLERK-PACKAGING

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Amongst other duties, the Data Capture Clerk will:

Capture Packaging performance data into relevant reporting formats.
Capture problem solving documentation
Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date information in Packaging
Carry out data entry for Maintenance and Shift production team
Capture data accurately and carry out proper documentation of information in Packaging
Identify abnormalities in reports and notify relevant teams
Maintain occupational health, safety, risk and environment
Ability to work and communicate effectively
Manage the Packaging Manager’s diary
Collection of schedules after maintenance day and capture and closure if all maintenance schedules
Ensure completed work orders are accurately and timeously captured into PMS, confirming completion and technical closure of works orders Reports are extracted, reflecting data on breakdowns, works order closure, outstanding orders and backlogs
Ensure work schedules are available and provided to the workshop on
Capture problem solving documentation as per Company standards
Adjust schedules to ensure loop closure of failure analysis

BREWING PROCESS ARTISAN

Amongst other duties, the Process Artisan will:
Maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices in Brewing department
Locate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation/Systems

Operate plant and process equipment
Calibrate equipment according to best maintenance practice
Apply the VPO principles and practices
Contribute to self and team development and communicate effectively in the Work place

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of HND/B.Eng or equivalent in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Amongst other duties, the Maintenance Training Controller will:

Initiate training and development Processes by resourcing and validating relevant documentation; implementing training needs analysis process and facilitating the development of best practice documentation.
Prepare for trainings by confirming training needs, arranging venues and resources, notifying learners and Facilitating training attendance.
Implement the learning process by resourcing solutions, Implementing and monitoring the delivery of learning solutions and recording training data.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training by implementation summative assessment, applying recognized evaluation processes; aggregating and analyzing training data.
Manage CAP process
Communicate effectively in the workplace and contribute to self and team development

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The occupants of these positions should possess:
Min-Bsc/BEng/HND in Applied Sciences or Engineering
Relevant Technical qualification/Diploma
Minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in an Engineering environment.
Sound computer knowledge

SITE-MASTER ELECTRICIAN

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Amongst other duties, the Site Master Electrician will:

Maintain a safe, healthy and risk free working environment.
Partake in carrying out running repairs on plant and equipment, or support the Shift Artisans in carrying out repairs.
Where requested, provide coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer of machine operation to shift based teams
Ensure the site electrical metering measuring system is correct and up to standard (all reading are correct
Take part in maintenance planning meeting, contributing suggestions and clarifying work required
Carry out work during the planned maintenance window in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule issued by the planner and assist fellow team members in the execution of their tasks during planned maintenance windows
Carry out routine maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance schedule
Carry out condition monitoring activities where these have been allocated to the Technician in accordance with the CM.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The occupant of this position should possess:
Minimum of HND or B.Eng equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Must have at least 1-2 years experience as a master electrician.
Must have worked on medium voltage (1000v-33 000v)
Must have experience in switching and access
Knowledge or experience of working in a production environment particularly in FMCG.
Knowledge or experience of working in the Substation would be of advantage.
MV switching qualification.

DESCRIPTION

Career opportunity exist for a highly skilled and result driven People PPM Analyst reporting directly to the People PPM, West Africa.
The successful candidate will support the implementation of strategies in the Business Unit to meet business needs related to People Sensitive and Non-Sensitive costs and drive continuous improvement across the People function.

Amongst other duties, the job holder will;
Provide support with the development and management of People Sensitive budget based on the blueprint and other operational factors within the Business Unit.
Track and monitor the People Sensitive and Non-Sensitive costs including FTEs and Non-FTEs headcount numbers.
Analyse and report key KPIs for People Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Costs
Prepare and monitor People functional priorities for the Business unit
Encourage compliance and develop initiatives to enable the implementation of the People Non-Sensitive ZBB Policy adherence
Assist with adhoc projects and analysis to support the People and Other Functional areas
Assist with the implementation and management of Target Setting and Cascading process
Support the coordination of payroll operations across all sites in Nigeria.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Finance or similar role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft MS-Excel and ERP software
Knowledge of financial modelling is an added advantage
