BAKERY SUPPORT OFFICER
THE JOB
Advise end user bakeries on baking best practices by identifying associated challenges and proffer possible solutions.
Ensure that all bakeries in the assigned areas are visited regularly as per stipulated standard.
Develop, manage and maintain a good relationship with all the commercial end users to ensure customer loyalty in assigned territory.
Periodic submission of field reports.
Handle customer complaints in line with approved company procedure
Engage in practical baking demonstration to provide insight and solution in line with baking best practice.
THE PERSON
Good verbal and written communication skill
A good team player
Posses baking skills and is commercially oriented
Ability to drive Manual and Automatic Vehicles
Must possess valid driver’s license.
Must be Computer literate
QUALIFICATIONS
First Degree in Food Technology or related science discipline
5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years baking experience
MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
THE JOB
Responsible for directing and supervising the activities of assigned personnel involved in the maintenance of Mechanical Equipment while ensuring quick response and resolution.
Review maintenance work orders to determine priority of need based on production schedules and urgency of problems.
To participate in diagnosis and repair of major breakdown and to estimate time of repair and ensure timely return of repaired equipment.
Carryout planned preventive measures within scheduled time.
Maintain and update a log of maintenance work done for reference purposes.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
HND/First Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 O’ level credits in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a recognized manufacturing company.
The Person:
Good leadership and people management skills.
Sound Communication skill.
