- Provide employee management services to the company in the assigned region.
- Provide professional support in the area of; employee relations, staff recruitment, analysis and oversight of human resource policies and procedures and manage employment-related costs.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate to be selected must meet the following requirements;
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Laws.
- Excellent people management skills
- At least 3 years HR work experience.
- Analytic and goal oriented.
- Loyal, diligent and self-disciplined.
- Professional qualification will be an advantage.
