JOB PURPOSE AND KEY DELIVERABLES
British American Tobacco has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team in Ibadan. The successful candidate will cover the following areas:
Operations business partnering and budget Co-ordination:
Sets required timelines for inputs from various departments
Designs and distributes expense data collection templates
Supports budget holders in carrying out detailed spend analysis on a monthly basis
Finance processes:
Performs month end stock count for assigned areas
Responsible for creating, maintaining and validating required finance schedules both for internal and external requirements
Supports month end processes by ensuring month end financials reflect reality and are in line with accounting standards
Ensures assets are capitalised on a timely basis in line with company policy
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Requirements:
B.Sc holder in Accounting, Economics or other Social Science field
Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite, especially Microsoft excel
Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
SAP Knowledge.
